In 1999, our family embarked on a flavorful journey by opening our very first Lebanese restaurant, right in the heart of North Hollywood, CA. Our aim was simple yet profound: to share the vibrant culinary traditions of Zahle with our community. From mouthwatering dips and salads to succulent skewers and aromatic shawarma, our family-style dishes quickly became a beloved fixture.
After years of serving delicious meals and creating unforgettable memories, we expanded our horizons in 2007 with the opening of our second home in Glendale. Despite the abundance of Middle Eastern eateries in the area, our commitment to quality and authenticity allowed us to thrive.
As proud members of the vibrant tapestry that is Los Angeles, we are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our family: our Glendale location on 1147 E Colorado St. In 2025, we opened our doors once again, inviting friends old and new to experience the magic of Zahle cuisine in this lively neighborhood. With each dish crafted with love and tradition, we look forward to continuing our journey, one bite at a time.
